Acupressure is the application of firm pressure to specific Acupuncture Points.
Points on the ear are activated with ear seeds and acupressure to increase the energy and support the organ systems.
Gua Sha is a ‘scraping’ technique which creates temporary redness. It is applied to bring stagnant energy to the surface. It is mainly applied to large muscle groups to increase blood flow and cell repair.
Moxibustion dates back to the origins of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Artemesia or Mugwort is a dried herb that is applied directly to acupuncture points or indirectly with compressed cigar shaped sticks. It is applied to help release trauma and stagnant energy. It increases energy, blood flow and cell repair.
