Mindfulness is not just for Christmas... Mindfulness Training

Like puppies, mindfulness and meditation is not just for Christmas. You get the idea here. Many people ‘try it once’ and don’t go back. They can feel like they don’t know whats going on or they don’t know how to do it properly.

Guess what? There is no doing it properly!

You don’t have to look a certain way.

You don’t have to go into a cave.

You don’t need any experience at all.

You still feel like you are not doing it right?

We are all a bit brainwashed, by people who ‘look’ like they are meditating all the time.

Can you manage 5 minutes right now? Brilliant!

Set the timer on your phone. Make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes. Focus on your breath. Breath in. Breathe out. And repeat until your timer goes off.
