Conscious Choice for Health Mindset

And so it is in each and every day and in every moment we are faced with choices. Most of us are having the same thoughts (90%) every day, probably making the same choices which lead us to the same behaviours creating the situation we are in right now.

When we choose a goal to improve our health, we are faced with a number of new choices. These new choices have to go to battle with the 90% same thoughts that lead to the same behaviours each and every day.

There is always room for other choices. The path for successful choices and health outcomes, is conscious awareness in the choice moments, noting the feelings, the resistance, the doubts, the saboteur that sit with your goals. It will all be present.

Closing your eyes, take a moment to connect with your breath. Allow your breath to find it’s natural rhythm. Focus on your goal. Repeat it like a mantra. Every day in every way, I make conscious choices to support my health and wellbeing.
