DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable €70 deposit is required for all bookings.  The non-refundable cost is included in the consultation and multiple treatment bookings.  Deposits must be paid in advance. Pricing will depend on your specific requirements, frequency and how you respond to treatment in real time.  Timing and pricing will be discussed during the consultation process.

CONSULTATION:

Consultation is arranged via phone or video prior to 1st treatment.  Consultation is for one person only.  If you gift any your treatment sessions or have received a voucher, there will be an extra charge for their consultation.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Consultation and first treatments are priced separately to follow up treatments. Body Acupuncture treatment is included in the Cosmetic Acupuncture and Micro-needling treatments.  Cosmetic and Micro-needling are charged at different price points depending on the amount of specialist equipment required to administer treatments.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

You will be notified by email or SMS of your confirmed consultation or treatment times. You will have 24 hours to confirm. Unconfirmed appointment times will be offered after 24 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. 60 minutes will be deducted for late cancellations. 

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.

REFUND POLICY:

Pre-paid sessions can be refunded up to 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment.  Plans can be canceled within 14 days of commencement.  Any consultation and any attended sessions will be deducted from the overall balance at full price.  Refunds will take 7-14 working days to process.

PAYMENT BREAK:

You can take a 1-3 month payment break in the year plans only.  You will continue at the same plan, same price if you auto renew your existing plan within 3 months.  If you renew after a 3 months+ break, you will be charged the current rate in that year.
