Testimonials

It’s the easiest way I’ve ever meditated and I have tried many styles. I love it when Tuesday comes. I have everything prepared. It’s my precious self-care time, I can switch everything off and do something just for me.”

— JENNY Mc., ATHLONE

We brought Mary into our organisation to open the discussion with staff on well being and looking after yourself. Our initial session was stress management and the staff really enjoyed and got valuable nugget of information to help them both in their private and work life. We plan to use Mary's services going forward.

- Ted Coyle, Deputy CEO, Claddagh Credit Union.

I can’t recommend Mary enough. I’ve been going to her for various ailments for the last 4 years. From fertility, through pregnancy and beyond!
She provides such a wonderful, friendly service and I always leave in a better place, both mentally and physically.”
