A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel appointments. Payment will carry forward to the next appointment. Unauthorised cancellations will be charged at full price.

Pre-paid sessions can be refunded with 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment.
Online programmes can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, up to 24 hours prior to commencement of the programme.
Live programmes and events can be cancelled 24 hours prior to commencement. A non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the balance.
Plans can be cancelled within 14 days of commencement. The consultation and any attended sessions will be deducted from the overall balance at full price.
Please allow 7-14 working days to process refunds.

All consultations and treatments must be paid in advance. You will receive an email confirming your appointment with an Intake Form to complete. You will complete an Intake Form, consenting to a Health Consultation and to receive Acupuncture, Breathwork, Coaching, Hypnotherapy or Meditation.
To ensure the safety of everyone attending clinic, you are asked to abide by health directives and safety measures relating to Covid-19, when attending clinic.
Treatments are delivered in line with HSE, HSA and Government safety protocols. You will be informed prior to your appointment of specific Covid 19 preparations.
