The 8-Week MBSR Deepening Practice programme is designed for those who have completed the MBSR Foundation course or have an established mindfulness practice and wish to go further. This course builds on the core skills of mindfulness, offering more sustained practices and deeper inquiry into stress, emotions, and habitual patterns of reactivity.
Over eight weeks, we explore longer meditations, refined awareness of the body and nervous system, and the subtle ways mindfulness supports choice, compassion, and resilience in everyday life. There is a greater emphasis on how we relate to experience—thoughts, emotions, discomfort, and change—rather than trying to manage or fix them.
This course supports the integration of mindfulness into daily living, relationships, and self-care, helping participants cultivate steadiness, self-compassion, and embodied presence over time. Practices are still gentle and accessible, but with space for depth, silence, and reflection.

Those who have completed an MBSR Foundation course, are returning to practice, or have previous experience with mindfulness and meditation and feel ready to deepen their understanding and embodiment of the work.
