The 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is a gentle, evidence-based programme designed to help you reduce stress, improve emotional balance, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence in daily life. Each week introduces practical mindfulness tools—guided meditation, breath awareness, body scanning, and mindful movement—supporting you to meet challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
Through simple practices you can use at home, the course helps you recognise patterns of stress and develop healthier ways of responding. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, MBSR offers a grounded and supportive pathway to enhance wellbeing, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Intensive
The 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Intensive builds on the core skills and practices introduced in the Foundation course, offering a deeper and more immersive exploration of mindfulness. With extended sessions and longer guided practices, this course supports the development of sustained attention, embodied awareness, and reflective inquiry.
Designed for those with an established mindfulness practice, the Intensive provides space to explore stress, emotion, and habitual patterns at a deeper level, within a carefully held and supportive environment. Participants are encouraged to engage in regular daily practice and to bring mindfulness into relationships, work, and the wider landscape of life.
Suitable for those who have completed MBSR Foundation or have an established daily mindfulness practice.
BEGINNERS MEDITATION
5 Week Beginners Meditation is a gentle, body-led meditation course that helps people regulate stress, reconnect with themselves, and restore inner balance. Blending somatic awareness, Five Element wisdom, and nervous system science, the course offers a practical pathway out of overload and back into presence.
Designed for modern lives and busy minds, it supports people to feel steadier, clearer, and more at home in themselves, both on the meditation cushion and in everyday life.

Breathwork and meditation are evidence-based practices that shift the body out of stress mode and into repair mode. By regulating your breath, you influence heart rate, hormones, and brain activity—reducing anxiety, improving focus, and enhancing emotional regulation. Our guided sessions provide simple, structured tools that you can integrate into daily life, helping you build resilience and support long-term wellbeing.
