The procedure can help reduce the appearance of skin concerns such as acne scars, stretch marks or wrinkles.

The treatment produces an intense redness on the skin which reduces over 2-4 days. This is the sign that the healing cascade has begun. It goes through a few shades as it lightens from red to pink. This is followed by flaking skin 1-2 days as the new skin layers emerge producing fresher, glowing skin.

  • Cosmetic Acupuncture, is a proven therapeutic, PRO-Ageing therapy.  It is a subtle and profound approach to ageing, health and wellbeing. Micro-thin Japanese needles are inserted into into specific Acupuncture points along the Meridians on the face. This process works in the same way as Traditional Acupuncture, by increasing blood flow, seratonin and energy levels which boost collagen and elastin production.

Cosmetic Acupuncture can progressively and significantly take years off the face. It is similar to a fitness programme in that you train and tone your facial muscles, releasing any habitual expressions, emotions and trauma that may be held in the face.

During Consultation, a medical history is obtained, to determine your current health, your Guardian Element, any energetic imbalance, your expectations and your concerns. At follow up treatments there is a brief Consultation, to check how you are on the day.

Very fine sterile needles enter the skin as specific acupuncture points to activate that point. Needles are retained for 20 minutes while you relax. The needles are removed and disposed of safely.
