This 5-Week Beginners Elements Meditation course is a supportive, practical introduction to meditation, designed for people who are new to meditation or returning after a break.

Each weekly session (45–60 minutes) introduces simple, accessible practices to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and develop greater awareness of the body and breath. Sessions include guided meditation, gentle breathwork, acupressure, and simple self-care techniques inspired by somatic mindfulness and acupuncture principles.

The course is experiential and down-to-earth, with no pressure to “do it right.” Everything is offered as an invitation, allowing participants to explore what works for them at their own pace.

By the end of the five weeks, participants will have:

  • a basic meditation practice they can use at home

  • simple tools for grounding and self-regulation

  • increased awareness of how stress shows up in the body

  • greater confidence in working with attention, breath, and sensation
