YOUR TEACHER
MARY LALLY
Mary Lally is an integrative health practitioner, acupuncturist, meditation teacher, and educator. With a clinical background in adult mental health within the NHS, Mary has spent years supporting people experiencing stress, burnout, hormonal transition, and emotional overload.
Her work bridges Eastern medical philosophy with contemporary understanding of stress physiology, behavioural change, and embodied awareness. Through her clinical practice at Element Acupuncture and Coaching, she observed a consistent pattern: when the nervous system feels safe, the whole system reorganises toward balance.
5 ELEMENTS MEDITATION was developed from this foundation. It combines structured nervous system training, somatic meditation, and Five Element principles into a practical, accessible pathway for modern life.
Mary’s teaching style is clear, grounded, and body-led. She focuses on sustainable regulation rather than peak experiences, and on practical tools that integrate into daily living.

Her guidance was clear and gentle, making the techniques accessible to both beginners and those with more experience. Each session was thoughtfully structured, covering a range of meditation styles and breathing techniques. Thanks to this course, I've developed a consistent meditation practice and a greater sense of peace and mindfulness in my daily life. If you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or simply find a moment of calm, this course is a fantastic choice!

Since starting 7 weeks ago my stress levels have greatly reduced and I have also learned to read my bodies stress signals alot better. Mary is so knowledgeable and I look forward to the class each week. I am delighted I signed up to the course after seeing it advertised online. I would highly recommend this course to everyone!
