What is Mary’s expertise?

Mary began meditating in the 90’s. She took a deeper exploration of Zen and Buddhist meditation while training in Classical Five-Element Acupuncture, Wu Style Tai Qi Teacher Training and Taoist Qi Gong. Mary has training in a variety of Mindfulness and Meditation traditions. She is a Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation teacher.
